Life Coaching Work Program
Labor– Foster Teens who age out are a great resource for entry level positions. These young adults are looking for a way to contribute and be useful and earn their wages. Your company can provide the training and guidance that will shape their future.
Mentorship– As a partner and compassionate force in this endeavor to help foster teens succeed we ask that each employee placed through FosterLife be given a mentor in addition to his or her supervisor. A person who can help them settle in and be available once per week to check in and answer questions.
Foster Success Team – This is a team of volunteers at the company that has agreed to be present, available, creative and intentionally in community with this new member of the company.
FosterLife Coach – The FosterLife Coach will provide life and career coaching to the young adult in transition. They will receive weekly group coaching session and a monthly private session. These coaching sessions will be tailored to the individual but may cover basic work etiquette, professional communication, appropriate attire, how to get promoted, buying a car, doing taxes, developing a positive mindset, and managing money.
Program Coach - As an option for a fee, FosterLife will develop, promote and launch this program for your company. Ask for details regarding this customizable service.
